Art for Belonging – Creative Expression for Teenagers in Springburn

This project will help teenagers aged 13–18 from Ukrainian and local Scottish families in Springburn to build confidence, friendships, and emotional wellbeing through art.Young people will explore drawing, painting, collage, and creative storytelling in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. Art becomes a tool for expression, healing and connection — especially for those who struggle to express feelings in words.By the end of six months, participants will organise a community art exhibition to share their work and experiences.“Art helps me say what I feel,” said one of our young people during a previous creative session.
