HERmony is a wellbeing initiative created to support women in Scotland to rebuild confidence, balance, and inner strength.

Through community workshops, mindfulness sessions, and creative wellbeing activities, HERmony empowers women to reconnect with themselves and with each other — fostering resilience, inclusion, and belonging.

Reconnect. Restore. Rise.

Physical health:

  • Yoga, breathing practices, and light physical exercises (especially for women and older adults).
  • Group nature walks (“walk & talk”).

Mental health:

  • Meditation and stress management techniques.
  • Art therapy, music, and painting as tools for recovery.
  • Support groups (for refugee women or mothers of teenagers).

Social wellbeing:

  • Joint cooking workshops focused on healthy eating.
  • Cultural evenings where people share traditions and experiences.
  • Volunteer initiatives that strengthen the sense of belonging.
  • Feeding swans and mindful time in nature to promote calmness and connection with the environment.

Our Wellbeing Coordinator is not only a yoga instructor but also a rehabilitation specialist — an inspiring person who combines deep knowledge of body, mind, and recovery. With many years of experience, she helps people restore balance, improve flexibility, and strengthen both physical and emotional health. Her holistic approach makes every session unique, supportive, and accessible for all levels. Whether you are looking to reduce stress, recover after challenges, or simply feel more energized, she will guide you with care and dedication.
